4. HOW LONG HAS YOUR CONTRACTOR BEEN IN THE LOCAL AREA? NuROOM has been in the area for over 25 years.
5. DOES YOUR REMODELER OFFER A WRITTEN WARRANTY? NuROOM will provide at the completion of the job a written warranty for one year on the structure and two years on the roof. We pass on any extended warranty from a manufacturer.
6. IS YOUR REMODELER PROPERLY INSURED? NuROOM will at your request provide you a certificate of liability and worker's compensation insurance.
7. WILL YOUR REMODELER PROVIDE YOU WITH A WRITTEN CONTRACT AND ENGINEERED BLUEPRINTS? NuROOM will prepare a written contract that details the scope of the project and will give you a start date and completion time. Before construction begins you will approve the engineered drawings to be used for construction.
8. IS YOUR REMODELER GOING TO GET A BUILDING PERMIT? NuROOM will obtain a building permit as required by Florida Law for your protection.
